    Where it was almost midnight my time I wasn’t expecting any support to come to my aid but was pleasantly surprised when Kathryn returned my support request and was able to help address the issue in a very timely manner.

    Kathryn was super helpful, between the two of us we were able to identify the issue with caching. She pinpointed it specifically as the minifying of JS & CSS and I was able to identify it was the SiteGround Optimizer plugin.
