# Great Support

 * I contacted Support when the plugin didn’t work the first time and I didn’t know
   what to do. In truth I expected to be ignored because I’m on the free version
   of the plugin but I wasn’t.
    Tony responded to me within hours and gave me several
   things to try. When they didn’t work he gave me more things, working with me 
   until I got the transfer results I wanted. This is even more extraordinary when
   you understand that the failures were nothing to do with WPVivid’s plugin, they
   were all to do with the host I was transferring from limiting bandwidth access.
   I had no control over that as the site I was transferring had been build on a
   demo domain in a colleague’s account. Tony had no control over it either but 
   he worked with me, adapting the plugin’s settings, until I got success. That 
   truly is service beyond any expectations and there can be no other reason than
   pride in his product and wanting to give success to others. Thank you Tony, I
   really appreciate it.
