Whenever I ran into issues, the folks at Jilt were really great with helping me out to the best of their ability. They are accessible and friendly. I have a pretty complicated setup with WooMemberships, so I needed a lot of help with what I needed to do and I got it. I did run into a number of issues with the product, and they weren’t all fixable apparently, but I tend to blame myself and maybe my other plugins interfering. I hope there are some updates to make this work a little better for what I want to use it for, and to make it a little more intuitive, but it still seems like it’s the best option out there for what I need.
