• Had a great customer experience today. Very knowledgeable rep who gave lots of advice. Yes you have to pay for services — but that seems entirely fair to me! We upgraded to get rid of some hacked cloaked content. It would have taken hours for me to do it myself. It annoys me when people leave bad reviews when something isn’t free. We all have to put food on the table…. I do think the internet has created a world where people expect something for nothing. Apart from anything else, it’s unethical and unfair.
