# Unreliable Team! One day it’s free, the next crtical features are missing!?

 * Very disappointed about the last update where critical features are pulled out
   from the free version that would basically render almost every normal form useless.
 * When you promise a free product with very clear free features, you must stick
   to it. You can’t pull out features in a snap without prior warning and without
   thinking of the consequences. People have spent lots of time – hours and days
   understanding how this plugin works, configuring forms, and even emailing you
   guys to help you solve some bugs and add important features, and you then just
   literally step on them! Pulling features out like that? That’s plain nasty and
   irresponsible.
 * I am sincerely hoping you guys can find a way to climb down from the tree you
   got up, and manage to bring back some of those critical features for the free
   version you promised!
 * There are many creative ways to monetize free products, by upgrades, partnerships,
   separate versions for different use cases and different segments. A version for
   agencies (endless number of forms) and a version for single websites with a max
   of 5-10 forms. The web is full of examples.
 * You could leave the free version the way it is without any new features or updates(
   other than security).
 * You guys think you can’t spend the time any more – pivot! Do something else! 
   but don’t punish people who followed your promises with this product.
 * Putting aside for a second the way you guys pulled this off, I would gladly pay
   a one time purchase for this, but I refuse to pay a subscription for forms on
   principle. For my websites forms are a static part that doesn’t need much, if
   any changes or upgrades over time. No reason to pay every year for 4-5 forms 
   + one or two new forms a year. A one time purchase with a clear set of features
   would be ok (like some appsumo deals used to look like) but a subscription? no
   way!
 * I am staying with the previous version for now, hoping you guys do the right 
   thing!
