    The author freely provides an interface to use freely accessible third-party data to help your site block countries based on IP address.

    Instructions on how to access the Maxmind GeoIP data and where to put it so that the plugin can use it are clear and easy to understand.

    This is a great solution! You do have to remember to update the data periodically yourself, as you have to pay Maxmind in order for the process to be automated.
