Great solution, even better customer support!

I purchased this on behalf of a client that has a unique WP stack. Certain elements are symlinked in other directories I assume for security. That said, I needed a solution for staging and backing up.

I tried many other routes but due to the complexity of the stack, they were unusable. I stumbled on this plugin and tried the free version. It worked perfectly.

Once we purchased the pro we set up using subdomains but had an issue. The tech support team worked on it right away and eventually created a new beta version of the plugin, just to solve the issue.

It works perfectly and I am thankful to the team for working so hard to fix it.

Too many times we see that the user is not supported because their issue falls outside of the perfect picture the developers create for. With WP Staging they went above and beyond.

I would recommend to anyone needing staging and/or backup.
