Not So Great Service

    Customer service is great. The plugin works great and if/when you have a problem (and all plugins eventually do) customer service is right there to help. Customer service is VERY important.

    Update: I guess I was wrong about the customer tech support. I have been waiting for over a month for a couple of problems I reported to customer service to be corrected. I am not sure why it is taking so long. There have been a couple of updates since then, but those problems remain.
