I tried this plugin as a great way to replace the similar feature in Jetpack. This is much better than the Jetpack and comes without all other code that you don’t want. The only problem I am having with it is that when I get to the end of the posts, although it says there are no more posts, I can still see the loading spinner. Probably a user error though!
