Great quality plugin with amazing user support!

Chaty is a user friendly, non-invasive plugin that allows my site visitors to contact me via their preferred platform. I have never had any issues with the plugin’s functionality or conflicts with my theme or other plugins. It also does not slow down my site and the floating functionality does not interfere with my layout, but rather adds to it.

While having technical issues not at all related to Chaty, I disabled the plugin, along with all others, to troubleshoot the problem. Chaty staff contacted me via email to make sure the issues I were having were resolved and not caused by the Chaty plugin. It warms the heart knowing they have such a high standard of user support.

If ever I were to have any problems related to this plugin, which I doubt, I am 100% confident that the staff will have me sorted in no time! I definitely recommend Chaty and what the plugin brings to the table.
