Great product – just what we needed!

I am disappointed with how misleading supsystic has been. I installed the plugin for the free features (in late 2023/early 2024) – there was no mention of them soon transitioning to a paid package.. I chose supsystic specifically as it has a gallery feature which allows clickthrough links – and was free (we are non profit). I spent hours building our gallery, only to have the clickthrough links stop working after a few weeks – because the feature was then blocked behind a paywall. I lodged a complaint at the time and was told I could be given access to the feature for free in exchange for a 5star review – which I submitted (and am now consequently editting). Again, there was no mention that there was a timeline/expiry on the free acess. Low and behold, 12months later, the feature is not working again. Blocked behind a paywall. The click through gallery links is the only feature I needed in the first place. I’m extremely disappointed. If I knew I’d be paying, I could have paid for another plugin to begin with, that had more flexibility and wouldn’t have wasted so much of my time trying to make the plugin suit (requires compressing images and resizing – losing image quality)
