Great Product, Great Customer Service

I purchased the Hivepress theme with all the extensions. My marketplace website was easy to build, especially since I had no coding experience. Any questions I had, the support team responded quickly and helped me resolve any issues or guided me. They have tutorials for each extension, also they have a great community were you can search many issues you may be having. The community also has a long list of code snippets to add to your website (I didn’t even know what this was, but their support team helped me figure out how to use them). I added several code snippets and they mostly all worked. The few that did not work, the support team reassured they would fix asap. The product itself is easy to use, and straight forward, and can use the hivepress community to look up or ask to resolve issues. I would say product is currently 4.9 stars (only because of some bugs and some other features that are still needed, but that they are fixing and working on new features) and 5 stars on customer service for any issues. I have no doubt this will be a 5 star total in future because of the tech support team working so hard to improve and perfect it.
