    I’m a year into building my marketplace and I’ve interacted with a lot of tech support teams along the way. The tech support at WC Vendors knocks the spots off of anything else I’ve encountered!

    The first half of my journey I was with a different marketplace software provider. Their support was the stuff of nightmares. So, after 6months of hard work and learning, I had to abandon the project. I picked myself up and started again with WC Vendors. Turned out to be the best decision I could have made!

    The company state their team are mostly based in Australia, like that would be an issue for time delay for responding to say European clients… but in fact they are consistently the fastest tech support to respond to requests. Every single contact, I’ve had a reply the next morning. It’s wonderful to have this speed and consistency but it’s the quality of their responses they also excel in. Their support guys know their software inside out. Their knowledge is not limited to just doing routine tests to solve problems, only to pass you on to another level where you have to explain everything and resend supporting vids/screenshots all over again. From that first response WC Vendors support are engaged with your issue. Their knowledge for their software is impressive but whenever they don’t know something, they go to great lengths to find that out for you or put you on the right path.

    I’m very grateful for their generosity; often going way beyond what they are obliged. Countless times they’ve assisted me with custom code snippets and gone above and beyond.

    Their support has made for a really pleasant experience building my marketplace. It’s reassuring to know that this component, arguably the most important part, comes with such a fantastic team behind it.

    Their software is flexible, intuitive and reliable.

    Absolutely derserved! Your tech support are a ‘team’ in the truest sense of the word. They share the same level of passion and commitment you’d only normally find in the owner of company. That’s special.
