Great product, fantastic service

At Cloud Genius, we use iControlWP to backup lots of our clients’ websites.
It is easy to use and extremely reliable.
If there are any problems with the backups, it lets us know in a timely fashion. Normally the problem is easily resolved by us.
When we need to contact support, the response is close to instantaneous and they always come up with a solution. In a recent case, the time from reporting to resolution was under 5 minutes. Keep it up!
