Great product & excellent customer service!

Just had cause to contact customer service (minor payment issue…entirely my fault) & customer service responded within 8 hours (despite an 8 hour time zone difference) & resolved the matter instantly to my complete satisfaction, with absolutely no quibble. The product is great too…but the personal touch is what has really bowled me over!!
