Great Product Design Tool!

    Zakeke is an excellent product design tool that I’d recommend to anyone looking to spruce up their online store with a tool that lets customers design products to their liking online.

    Here are a few things I really like about the tool:

    1) It’s super light and flexible on pretty much ANY platform.
    2) Customer support is great! You typically get a response typically within about two to three days max, unlike other companies where it could take longer.
    3) The learning curve for the tool is pretty low, anyone can pretty much hit the ground running with the tool.

    Zakeke is a great tool to implement in your online store.

    I agree. It’s one thing it really needs is a test purchase so you can test what files are coming through and how you deal with them in the backend.

    Surely it’s not beyond the authors to implement this??

    It shouldn’t be. I do not think it’s fair to charge for test orders…sounds crazy to me!

    Hi! Thanks you both!

    We offer 14 days free and do not charge any transaction fee to allow you to test Zakeke, including orders and print files. Usually, 14 days are enough to make tests. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, there is no way for us to know what are the test orders. Can you imagine all of our clients claiming for test orders after the 14 days? However, please drop us a message at the helpdesk, happy to provide you with assistance for the test orders 🙂
