• Jetpack CRM have only responded to one of my queries. I am busy evaluating the product and am unable to continue as my quotes do not print the logo and there is zero response to my frequent support requests. Look for another product, as a products’ ability to meet your needs is determined not only by it’s functionality but also by the software house giving adequate support, which Jetpack just fails to do. Such a pity because it really is a nice product.
