• I tested out a lot of Knowledge Base type plugins to create my own little wiki for students, this one was easiest to use and looked nice for free. After integrating into my site I found a small bug, I troubleshooted it on my own for a few days and finally reached out, worried I wouldn’t get much help as a free user. Not only did they respond to me within a day, but the issue was resolved and pushed out with an update in just a few days. Extremely impressed with the plugin and the support. The only thing i hope to see in the future is elementor widgets instead of short codes, but isn’t the biggest deal for me.
