Great product, Amazing support

We were experiencing strange behavior with the “Password Reset” function, where a user who needed to reset password could get the “Forgot Password” page, as well as the “Reset Password” email. But when they clicked on the “Click Here” link in the email, they would get directed back to the “Your reset email has been sent”, and never get to the actual reset password form page.

After more than a few days troubleshooting (disable other plugins, re-install Registration plugin) and with excellent help from Sanju, we were able to get it working again.

Sanju spent a lot of time with me, and ultimately found that it was site caching that was causing our problem. She suggested excluding the /my-account/* pages from our SiteGround caching. And it worked. Perfectly.

It would have taken me much longer to find that link to server caching (all I was doing was clearing the cache. I wouldn’t have found out about “excluding caching on those pages” for a long time).
