# Big problems but efficient support.

 * I installed the plugin, bought the Premium package, but from then on things got
   complicated. The button to download the Premium version did not work.
 * But after the first contact there was systematic support and new versions of 
   the plugin now work well. And this is a fundamental plugin if you want to present
   your most read posts to readers automatically from Google Analytics.

 * I did not receive any email confirming my purchase. And the premium version download
   button just doesn’t work. Support doesn’t solve it, because I can’t get the Premium
   version.
