Although not every feature request is accepted, We can tell you that many features do. In fact, we build most of our plugins and features from customer feature requests and ideas, and we love it.
Regarding your email, we have looked over your emails, and we saw that your last email to our support was six months ago, which was about SMS. So our support helped you and solved the issue to your satisfaction in that email.
However, we didn’t find any feature requests from you, and we also didn’t find any email that we replied to you “not possible on this plugin.”
