    About a year ago the POS app I was using was discontinued in Woo Commerce and I needed a replacement. I use 3 or 4 different ones some paid, and some not and none were as good as the existing one I was using, service/technical support was questionable and generally reviews weren’t always great. Some were new and likely to get better but doing 9 or more trade shows I needed a solution that worked, not one that would eventually work. I also am trying to monitor and control inventory better as we grow. This app once I found it has been leaps and bounds better between its versatility with Point of Sales at shows, inventory management and honestly I prefer it over Woo for editing pricing, adding barcodes, and hopefully at some point getting to the point of pinpointing product locations within our warehouse. Dmitri has been really easy to deal with and is pretty responsive with suggestions I have or questioning if certain things are possible with the app. Recently I asked if he was able to add wholesale pricing to the app so when updating pricing I can enter that into the system. Also costs of good. He was able to add both of these items making the app even more useful to me in day to day operations. This is a really valuable app and very affordable as well. One other item that I am starting to use is being able to scan your items as you pack. This is really great when you have employees trying to work quick and possibly grab the wrong item. Having the ability for them to scan barcodes as they pack with be really useful in limiting pick and pack mistakes when shipping.
