Great Plugin with Top Notch Support

I’ve been using PowerPack (the full version) for a couple of years and have always loved it. More importantly, the support has always been great.

Recently, an issue occurred that proved to be challenging for the developers because it was somewhat random, in that, it wasn’t affecting all modules and wasn’t happening with all hosts. This made it incredibly difficult to isolate the root cause.

I can’t praise Puneet and his team highly enough for their support and dogged determination in getting to the bottom of the issue and providing the resolution.

I’m now a bigger fan than ever and a customer for life.
