Great plugin with great support

I really needed the option to upload a file that could be integral with woocommerce, the gravity forms option was not ideal and many of the other plugins that I found appeared to be very basic.

Although I had problems getting Upload My File to work how I needed it, I was quite wary in posting my problems on the support forum as the response time seemed to be quite long. However, as I had purchased the Pro version, the support was almost immediate.

The extra options in the paid version outweighed the free version massively but most of all, the quick support was top notch and the plugin was working on my site the way I wanted within a matter of hours.
