Great plugin with great support

Free plugins are great, but a lot of times you end up being on your own if you can’t figure something out. I was really impressed with the support I received when I emailed with a question. The response was prompt and they stuck with it until they found an answer. (Of course it wasn’t an issue with the plugin!)
