Reto,
THANK YOU VERY much for your review!
It is absolutely STUNNING to have it posted without any marketing efforts 🙂
p.s. what items shall be copied during the copy function? Players, “Player system number” teams, and highlights? We had similar requests from our customers but each one is different.

from my point of view I see two time consuming process. One is the setup of a season. Mostly is copy/paste of the last season. Normally you don’t want to change these settings. The second most time consuming point is, that you have to setup the season related settings on player level. I guess that over 60 percent of these settings stay from one season to the other the same and a copy would help very much. Let’s say you setup a new season for your favorite team of 25 players. You have to search within the pool of all players every player by name, press the edit workflow, switch to the season tab, select the season, assign team, extra fields and player number and finally you can store the data. This cost you around 2 minutes per player…

the other possibility I can imagine could be a kind of bulk process for the players season setting. You could provide a form which lists e.g. all season related from last season and user can update these settings and with a one-click confirm add the data to a new season..
We developed something like this for our own software on Statorium data service:
https://c2n.me/48Y5Tmq
You can copy squads for any team from any selected season
Also there is a function to copy season highlights.
Will that help to save time? We might consider developing for our WordPress based product as well.

looks promising, can’t see functionality behind but think goes in the right direction, yes
