Thank you for the feedback. Would you be able to let me know what ad you are referring to? If you mean the one that requests feedback, then, normally, if you click either the Yes or No button, then it will go away forever. If that’s not the case, it could be that there’s a JavaScript conflict in your admin preventing it from being dismissed, which should hopefully be easy to find by opening the developer console in your browser (https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/).
