You can fix translations yourself by making a suggestion for strings
https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru/default/wp-plugins/portfolio-gallery
When reaching 95% for either stable or dev GlotPress will create a langpack, which will have priority over included langpack (with newer WP versions)

Please be kindly informed that only FREE versions of plugins can be translated with the help of the provided link. The features which are included in the General options can’t be translated there.
For translating the pro version it is necessary to contact us directly and ask for the translated version of the Professional version of the plugin.
