 * Let me start off by saying I am an active plugin/theme developer. I am also heavily
   involved in the WordPress community.
 * I was working on a clients website when I noticed a very small issue with the
   loading of the styles from this plugin.
 * I contacted the developer; and they immediately responded. Within a few minutes,
   a solution had been met, and the plugin was updated. The issue was literally 
   solved in only two hours.
 * This is exactly what I look for when supporting other community developers and
   their products.
