    Hi,
    I’ve been using the plugin for about 2 months and it’s helped me a lot, thank you.
    I removed unnecessary JS and CSS, pages load quicker and thanks again.
    However a “Fat”, remote, 30KB JS file does not appear in the JS list and is loaded without any need:

    Rating Widget Plugin – Disabled plugin on this page but this remote file still loads:
    1) https://secure.rating-widget.com/js/external.min.js

    @katz11 I’m glad you have been using the plugin successfully! Hopefully, it will stay like this for the long term! It looks like https://secure.rating-widget.com/js/external.min.js is hardcoded (not enqueued) in their code and that’s likely the reason why you can’t see it in the list.

    I’ve checked their documentation on https://rating-widget.com/documentation/ and the part that got my attention is rw.src = "//js.rating-widget.com/external.min.js?v=267&t=js";

    Can you look into the HTML source of your website and let me know if you see something similar like the code below?
    (function() {
    var rw = document.createElement("script");
    rw.type = "text/javascript";
    rw.async = true;
    rw.src = "//js.rating-widget.com/external.min.js?v=267&t=js";
    var s = document.getElementsByTagName("script")[0];
    s.parentNode.insertBefore(rw, s);
    })();

    I could help you out to filter it in different ways as Asset CleanUp (at least at this time) doesn’t strip thing kind of code. It’s not a regular SCRIPT tag that is loaded the WordPress way.

    Thank you for the very informative reply.
    I’ve disabled the plugin on that page from the plugin’s code.

    if ($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] <> "/") {
    Load the script
    }
