Great plugin, slow support

The plugin is good and simple and works quite well, although there a few things that could be improved to be excellent (bulk emails to clients or bulk mark invoices as paid for example).
However the support is quite slow, more indeed for a paid plugin. I have open a ticket a month ago, which is still unresolved and within last week I have no news from support team after sending several messages to them… really sad…
