  • This is a great support plugin with very reasonably priced pro addons.

    I’ve emailed the developer about adding extra functionality and he’s always quick to respond.

    One feature we needed was for ticket reply notifications, that are sent to the customer, to be sent out from the department the ticket was created in (or the address the customer sent their initial request to). No other support plugin does this, and this one didn’t either, until I requested it.

    I’ve tried just about every support plugin there is and this one is the easy pick of the lot.
