    Our customer requested a non-third-party involved CHAT plugin. We tested, and we were satisfied – this is a great plugin. Why 4 stars only? Because we are using the PRO version, and it means for us 2 plugins, which need to be maintained – and if one of the sysadmins is tired, he forgets to upgrade both. And the WTF story begins…
