Great plugin – great support

I used the pro version of this plugin to schedule a Professional Development day for a school district. I tried out every free and inexpensive ticketing system out there, and nothing was working. I needed wait listing and a few other features, like offering choices during different time slots. I contacted Shane with some suggestions on how to tweak his product so that it would work for this type of event, and he implemented my suggestions. The only products that do the same type of things as this plugin cost a fortune. Most charge a monthly fee, and would only work for large venues with huge budgets and frequent repeating events.

I can’t remember exactly which features are only available on the pro version, but I would absolutely recommend the upgrade if you need those features. The support is spectacular and the plugin works like a charm.

I would especially recommend this plugin if you are organizing a conference for a school or district. I would also recommend disabling the stars, because people don’t read and they confused a lot of people who thought that clicking on the stars registered them in the sessions.

Update: another successful conference and every year this plugin gains useful features. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
