Great plugin, great support

I manage a number of development and production sites and need to track multiple authors. This plugin is perfect and the support is also fantastic. When I first installed the plugin, I discovered that my host had blacklisted the plugin. I worked with the host and the plugin author to overturn the blacklist designation. Robert was super helpful and has quickly responded to questions I’ve had since then.

I also purchased the reporting and search extensions. These help our organization provide reports to stakeholders. They work as described.

The only functionality that I would add is the ability to automatically generate emailed reports on a periodic basis. I could just as easily do this myself, but it would be one less task to follow up on.

Otherwise, IMHO this is the best activity logging plugin for WordPress!
