Great plugin, great support

Been using forms created with Captain Form for the past 3 years, works perfectly and does exactly what it advertises.
Had to move the site recently, and that created an issue which was solved very quickly and professionally via a couple of chat exchanges. Back and running again!
We are only a very small non-profit and 3 forms is the ideal number for us; would not look elsewhere and would definitely go pro if our needs were bigger.
Highly recommend.
