great plugin, great service

bought the paid version of plugin because I was training basic users to put up photos (high-res) and wanted a width-constrained pop-up. we had a plugin conflict issue and the developer was kind enough to get into our site and troubleshoot it for us free of charge. works great now, and I really appreciate the prompt service!
