Great plugin, great Dev !

I have bien reviewing and now using MxChat for a Self-Help Support ChatBot for a client of mine, and the plugin is really great. The available features in the Pro version are more than enough to cover even complexe usecases. In our case I even reached out to Maxwell, the creator of the plugin, with some questions which were out of scope but he was able to add some brand new features to the modules in under a few days ! Now it matches our needs, top quality service really. What I also really like is that the plugin is a one-time purchase and not (another) SaaS monthly subscription. This allows for very easy and very efficient testing in real conditions. Keep up the great work !
