 * This was a snap to install and get running within a few minutes. I plan to use
   this on many of my WordPress sites going forward. Provides a convenient way for
   customers to interact and chat without having to be available 24/7.
 * The customizations for the free version or great. You can even position where
   you want the icon to be located by pixels. There is even a rules section to disable
   the bot or enable the bot to open on a per page view.
