Great plugin, but unresponsive author

This is a fantastic plugin, but it has a few bugs. Unfortunately, the author is extremely unresponsive and only selectively replies to posts in the forum. I’ve posted numerous time and sent him an email about a bug with the plugin and have yet to receive a reply. It’s a shame because he doesn’t even know he lost out on potential paid work. Great plugin, but don’t expect any support or help fixing the bugs.
