As I said, I really liked the plugin, but we got an email today on your behalf pointing some errors, greatly appreciated, but we never opted for those emails, seems weird on how you actually got them and emailed specific users of our site.
Not sure if it’s a confusion but that is what make me give this rating.

After you install the plugin, we give an option to users if they want to be on our list, we only email them once in a while when there is a big update about AMP. Please see this screenshot: http://take.ms/mldZY
The reason behind this was that it helps us get the user feedback and helps improve the plugin.
How can providing good user experience be shady?

It’s not that, we got an email on your behalf advising some errors on our amp site, which we appreciate if we have opted for it, but we didn’t.

I am really really sorry, I totally forgot to tell you this. I have removed all the email lists but I forgot to reply.
If they are a new user, They get a message box asking for their permission to subscribe to the list. So they actually subscribed themselves and only then they received the emails.
I have manually unsubscribed those two emails from our list long ago. I personally apologize for the inconvenience that I may have caused.
