    This plugin is very good, easy to integrate, easy to install and customize.
    But their support is absolutely disastrous. It’s had to overstate how terrible they are.

    They probably have KPIs on replies, but certainly not on solutions.
    Every single question I’ve asked, they either haven’t answered (even though they replied to the email) or given the most unhelpful answer.

    The support staff don’t seem to know their own plugin.

    It’s so bad that when you have an issue you wonder if it’s better for you to look at their code for 10 hours to try to find a solution rather than log a ticket.
