    We had a specific issue with shipping rules for WooCommerce variable products, where products with a general product attribute were not getting the correct shipping option at checkout. The support team responded quickly, understood the issue, and helped us resolve it properly with a code fix.

    The plugin itself is very useful for setting up flexible shipping rules, and the support experience was professional, fast, and helpful. Big thanks to Shahriar for the quick assistance and clear communication.
