    The support is terrible. I had issues with several subscriptions that were auto-renewing every 3 days instead of monthly, as I had configured, which understandably upset my customers due to the incorrect duplicate charges. I contacted support, and after repeatedly following up, they asked for login details, even though I had already sent them in the original email.

    The support technicians don’t even bother to read the issues in detail. It seems like they’re overwhelmed and respond with anything just to buy time. Tired of waiting for a solution, I decided to switch to a competitor’s subscription plugin and requested a refund from WP Swings, as I was still within the first 30 days of use.

    They ignored my refund request, and when they did respond, it was all vague answers and excuses, claiming they couldn’t log into my site to check the issue—which is false, as I even provided FTP details. They refuse to issue a refund and are now ignoring my emails altogether.

    By the way, they don’t have a proper support ticket system. All communication is via email, which is inefficient, as every time you reply to the same email thread, it feels like you have to explain the whole issue again.

    A huge waste of time and money. This company is a complete scam. I wouldn’t use this plugin again even if they paid me.

    Please stop making excuses. I have requested support numerous times using the same email address, and your responses were always delayed, asking for backend and FTP access details that I had already provided. You didn’t even bother to read my emails thoroughly.

    The only way you can address this issue, given that you’ve failed to respond to my support requests for over a month, is by refunding the payment for the plugin, which I have also requested on five occasions, and to which you have been unresponsive.

    Please process the refund immediately.
