Great plugin and excellent helpdesk

Plugin works absolutely fine. We are very happy with it. And with the helpdesk. When we encountered a problem (it turned out we ourselves made a mistake), the helpdesk responded promptly and investigated the matter thoroughly. Problem solved in no time!
