    Great plugin and very easy to setup and use.
    Documentation is really helpful to get going asap.
    I am using this plugin on couple of websites for my client,
    saved me lot of time to create forms, different pages for questions.
    We are listing all of the colleges in different countries using this plugin, and getting information of interested people to follow back with them.
    I believe user experience can be improved more for settings though, still not that much of a pain.
