Great plugin and AMAZING support

Fantastic. The plugin works perfectly, no problem at all. Beyond that, what has me amazed is the AMAZING support you receive from them. My poll was for a contest. I had a problem with some people cheating with the IP block, and when I reached YOP support they did everything in their hand to help me.
They got into the website, checked the votes, created excels with all the reports, answered all my dork questions about things I didn’t understand, they were incredibly nice all the way and they still worried enough to send me one last email asking if everything ended up well.
If you have an issue, you can rely on them and trust them. This was a huge event on my website with 3K votes. Without their help, it would have been a disaster.
If a 10-star ranking existed I’ll definitely give it to them. I recommend them one million per cent. Thank you so much.
