    One question to the plugin author:
    For Braintree payments, the customer email is transferred to Braintree, as it should be, but not saved in the store. Is this on purpose? If so, why?

    Regarding your question can you please explain more how you want to save customer email.
    The normal order processing and payment complete emails are sending of woocommerce when user purchase the product.
