 * This is a really great plugin butI have a question:
 * How many times do I have to rate this plugin before the rate message disappears
   from my dashboard?
 * When I say no thanks I see an UPDATE message flashing by.
    When I rate I see 
   NOTHING.

      Reason: The rate message does show up everytime, even after rating
