 * Fortunately, I haven’t yet had to restore from a backup, but it’s comforting 
   to know that I can. What I will testify to, however, is the OUTSTANDING customer
   support that they provide. When I contacted the team at WPBackItUp with a problem,
   they worked and kept working until it was solved. Great communication and great
   support. Thank you!
